Emmanuel Alimo

Emmanuel earned his BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences from KNUST, Ghana, and he also holds an MSc in Biological Science from the University of Alberta, where he studied the immunogenetics of B cells. Because of his interest in uncovering the complexities of the immune system, he joined the Elahi lab in September 2024. His current focus is on studying the effects of circadian rhythm on immune cell trafficking.

He hopes to identify the molecules involved in this process and understand how it impacts immunotherapy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, singing, and playing the piano.
